身為西環人同時又係牛控一名 今次又再去西環間616!! 再試吓佢哋啲牛啦~~~ 佢喺知名潮州鋪再前啲 一開門入去就覺得間鋪玩味十足 有好多懷舊擺設  好得意 係以前雜貨店既setting : 好多以前細個食既糖同懷舊小食多牛嘅部位 都唔知嗌邊個好..好彩原來佢地係有解說 同朋友認真做咗一陣功課睇晒所有描述之後我哋就得出呢個結論 湯底要叫番牛骨清湯 原汁原味啲至於牛食就要嗌呢四款牛: 1.封門柳 ($68)-依部分係橫隔膜下面的一條柳,每隻牛只有兩塊,係罕有部分,牛肉味十分重,有口感)2.美國牛肉 肩胛翼板 3. 匙柄($48)(依部分係牛下肩胛肉,肉質柔軟,口感鮮嫩🤗) 4.滑尾龍 ($ 48) 牛肉滑滑,加埋蛋花 好好味咁叫完樓之後亦都要叫返其他小食,其他食物包括唐生菜,烏冬 雀巢檸檬茶x2 最後仲會有碟西瓜畀大家下下火~~
