火鍋最緊要就係食材新鮮。616嘅肉類、海鮮同埋蔬菜都係無得彈。我特別推介佢哋嘅牛肉,尤其匙柄,肉質鮮嫩,簡直係入口即化!

一路以來都知道616有得打邊爐,但係原來呢間616中午係有出午市套餐,仲要唔係打邊爐果種,岩曬我呢啲得1個鐘lunch hour 嘅打工仔。午市套餐嘅價格全部都只係38-48蚊,分分鐘平過附近HKU嘅canteen!見到呢個價錢,接近糧尾嘅我決定點都試一試。今次叫咗個西冷牛扒飯($38)雖然賣相普普通通,但味道和份量都相當出色(同埋至少圖文相符先,嘻嘻)。牛扒厚度適中,煎得恰到好處,食落帶有肉汁又唔會韌,整體口感令人滿意。另外試咗豉椒荷葉牛肉飯($48),份量大得黎有啲似豉椒排骨嘅感覺,又唔會太鹹,同埋都略略食到荷葉的香氣,呢個價錢真係唔話得。再加咗個唐生菜($9)同枝裝菊花桂圓露($5),成個午餐相當豐富同滿足。總括黎講,咁嘅價錢食到咁嘅質素絕對係物超所值。
