鐵板牛近年係香港就愈黎愈流行,除左深水埗果間出名d之外,依家就愈出愈多,愈出質素就愈有進步,始於有競爭先有進步嫁嗎。所以呢間新開既鐵板牛都幾出色,唔錯試左佢個400g牛,比得十分足磅下,唔會偷工減料先喇,睇足就係真真正正既牛肉黎,完全無落過咩鬆肉粉呀,染色劑之類呢d真係一食就食得出,唔似d快餐店牛咁,落勁多鬆肉粉,食落係肉質好散,無乜牛味咁,所以呢個價錢黎講呢塊牛都算性價比幾高。另外提一提,400g牛一塊板就一定唔夠燒,所以要預左要換板,同埋牛本身無落過任何調味,所以佢都提供左大量料味,海鹽,燒汁,麻醬之類,等你可以食岩味。另外,配菜方面,就白飯沙律任食,佢個沙菜就唔係只有椰菜絲咁hea你,仲有青瓜,同另一款紫色菜。
