雖然話價錢唔係最平嘅但係以質素來講真係係最抵食嘅我嚟咗幾次都比較鍾意食“磊牛扒” 聽佢哋話係牛板腱係牛肩隔離嘅位置我一個人食咗一個400克嘅磊牛扒 哈哈因為份量實在太多啦所以連飯都冇食只係牛肉湯同埋泡菜牛扒係冇腌过冇调味嘅我諗大概两成熟左右出到放喺石板度俾我哋自己烧自己调味果真係食到牛扒嘅原汁原味可以食到咁豐富嘅牛扒餐真係過得好抵食 會繼續幫襯希望磊犇開多幾間分店 更方便選擇

我一個人食咗一個400克嘅磊牛扒 哈哈

因為份量實在太多啦所以連飯都冇食只係牛肉湯同埋泡菜
牛扒係冇腌过冇调味嘅
我諗大概两成熟左右出到放喺石板度俾我哋自己烧自己调味
果真係食到牛扒嘅原汁原味
可以食到咁豐富嘅牛扒餐真係過得好抵食 會繼續幫襯

首先我哋唔係第一次食石燒牛扒啦市面上都有唔少石燒牛扒店但係熟成牛扒就真係冇試過今次係磊犇試嘅係乾式熟成安格斯西冷牛扒跟餐有埋湯、飯同埋泡菜牛扒係切咗一塊塊放係木碟上嘅送餐時職員同我哋講熟成牛扒建議煎完之後切細細塊食口感會比較甘香及濃郁啲果然煎嘅時候就會聞到一陣甘香嘅牛味 咬落口感雖然唔夠Juicy但係都食到甘香濃郁牛味而且越咬越有香口 果然係不同風味 值得一試㗎!我哋兩個人一個叫左 熟成西冷  ,一個叫左 熟成肉眼,感覺 肉眼 會淡牛味D, 西冷口感甘香D……配菜 洋蔥 車里茄 都可以擺入石板燒架我哋  試過原味、加黑椒、加玫瑰鹽……個人感覺 都系原味 比較甘香回味。第一次試,感覺良好,會再幫襯啦!

市面上都有唔少石燒牛扒店
但係熟成牛扒就真係冇試過
今次係磊犇試嘅係乾式熟成安格斯西冷牛扒
跟餐有埋湯、飯同埋泡菜
牛扒係切咗一塊塊放係木碟上嘅
送餐時職員同我哋講熟成牛扒建議煎完之後切細細塊食
口感會比較甘香及濃郁啲
果然煎嘅時候就會聞到一陣甘香嘅牛味 咬落口感雖然唔夠
Juicy但係都食到甘香濃郁牛味

而且越咬越有香口 果然係不同風味 值得一試㗎!

我哋兩個人一個叫左 熟成西冷  ,一個叫左 熟成肉眼,
感覺 肉眼 會淡牛味D, 西冷口感甘香D……
配菜 洋蔥 車里茄 都可以擺入石板燒架
我哋  試過原味、加黑椒、加玫瑰鹽……
個人感覺 都系原味 比較甘香回味

之前食過超好食,但過左冇耐因疫情關左一輪,今日路過又見到開返就入去食返餐。一入去有個亞姐介紹熟成牛,話好甘香。我就叫左個熟成牛試下,我老公叫左個西冷。一坐低同以前唔同,唔係自助形式。亞姐話因疫情,所以係員工攞飯攞湯比我地。正常既。我個熟成牛$218,黎到d肉黑炆炆,已經唔對板,都算照放上石約1-2分鐘就起,煎好咬落口,硬到死,冇肉味,仲有陣雪味,難食到爆,我問亞姐d肉邊度黎,佢話澳洲,我即時dead air....大佬$218話多唔多話少唔少。垃圾。$50都比多佢。老公個舊西冷,食落口又係冇牛味,一大陣雪味。唉........大家試都唔好試.....浪費金錢....成間舖都係大陸人...問佢係唔係換左老細又話唔係。

旺角其中一間石板牛,主打食石板牛外,仲有石鍋飯。第一次去試既時候,感覺唔似好日式既風格,從店內貼既標語告示感覺到有些大陸風🙈雖然牛的質素不差,但整體感覺跟日本🇯🇵食的很不一樣,飯、湯同沙律是自助形式的,但衛生同味道都不太好。有D似大陸抄日式食店既感覺。不過鍾意食牛又想食下其他鐵鍋食物既朋友都可以試一試,但食完沒有再要去幫趁的理由😛

一入門口可以見到自助下單機,客人自行點選想要的肉類及份量後,師傅會先將所需牛肉燒至一成熟,再放在經焗爐烤至高溫的火山石上。

我們2人選了招牌磊牛扒餐300g,牛肩肉餐300g和一個和牛群石鍋飯試試!
因為牛肉隻用天然海鹽和少量黑椒調味,所以燒出來的牛肉啖啖原汁原味。

個人更喜歡牛肩肉餐300g,扒身厚近一吋,肉汁豐富,肉質軟腍不韌。因為肉夠厚身,放在熱石上面慢慢燒,裡面依然是肉汁滿滿,牛味十足!大推介 !

近年開得最多的食肆,便是鐵板牛扒,今天來到旺角,便試試這間。在門口落單後,到收銀處付款,侍應就會將取餐器送上,待取餐氣響起,就可以到取餐處取餐。磊牛扒300g $100,脂肪不是很多,口感比較結實,有一條筋位,不過不會靭,只是爽口,肉味濃郁。磊牛肩300g$110,肉質比牛扒軟腍,味道亦很好口,以這個價錢和份量,算是10分抵吃。調味料有黑椒汁、照燒汁、胡麻將、岩鹽和黑胡椒。其中以照燒汁最為適合牛肉的鮮味。任吃方面有醃蘿蔔和薑、韓式泡菜、味增湯和白飯。個人覺得泡菜和味增湯,味道是最為突出的。任飲有洛神花茶、菊花茶和綠茶。其中以菊花茶最為鮮甜美味。為了避免弄污衣服,還有紙圍裙供應。

依家抵食石版牛愈開愈多,今次試試磊犇,門前都是電子版購買機,主要有3款選擇,同樣地飯、沙律、湯都任飲,特別地仲有飲品任飲,山楂洛神花、菊花茶、綠菜,而且沙律隔離仲有泡菜同泡蘿蔔,唔食牛都可以用黎送飯等開餐前的準備西冷牛扒 200g 牛肩肉 300g牛肩肉最近常常食,牛味不用說,肉質嫩滑有口感,但最好不要一次過切哂,因為食得唔夠快,牛肩肉太熟就會好易堅韌,另外,西冷牛扒的特別在於有根,所以牛的油香更多,想食靚肉又想更多牛油香,西冷是好選擇
