To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想搵個坐得舒服的地方食飯, 剛好朋友想食台灣菜, 見鋪面咁吸引便上樓試試好健康, 要行幾層樓梯, 上到去先知原來另一邊有電梯XDD一時間覺得似上海多過似台灣菜, 餐廳真係裝修得好靚, 燈光就比較暗, 食食下想瞓覺又不太提得起精神。睇MEUN 時都有點障礙, 因佢個MEUN D字細到不得了, 又暗, 唔知係咪用D字粒執出黎, 報紙咁。係靚既, 但荃。話說選擇唔算多, 決定散叫, 但這店有5, 6款山菜菜式好似幾有特色咁, 不過有朋友驚山菜偏苦所以無點。(有吃過山菜經驗)魯肉飯肥肉少, 我覺得幾好食, 但朋友就覺得無肥肉唔夠香古法排骨完全唔好食, 肉好硬, 同大快活的差不多....而且完全貴.....幾十蚊先得一塊...最好食的咸蛋白玉苦瓜, 純因為愛吃呢2樣材料三杯雞........超失望......................完全唔係三杯雞吧........飲品不多說, 出面太多好的埋單唔飽加唔好食, 3人食左$38X整體真心差....除左環境好好外, 食物質素唔太得, 仲要貴, 荔枝角某店排大長龍除左抵食之外真係有原因的.....
