To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚又加班,夜咗放工好肚餓,即時想起行過灣仔食南記。今晚趕得切去謝斐道間南記,以前直頭在附近返工,基本上每日其中一餐會食南記。雖然成日都好多人座位少環境迫,尤其午飯時段,但勝在方便快捷、價值大眾化、選擇多同埋味道不錯嘛。春卷小鍋米線走酸菜小辣加腩肉$32+$8不過這碗的賣相 ……………依個係來南記午餐或晚餐指定款式,實在太愛南記招牌春卷同南記嘅招牌豬腩肉,點解 ??? 因為好啱我口味;豬腩肉少許辣好入味,春卷係由腐皮包著魚肉來炸。如果當日晨早炸果大批晚市後段賣晒,會即刻炸㗎,今晚兩碗中其中一碗嘅四條就好好彩。依碗本來係春卷小鍋米線走酸菜中辣加腩肉,但春卷存貨唔夠,要後上。熱辣辣新鮮炸既魚肉春卷,新鮮炸起真係好鬼正,今晚好好彩呀!讚!讚!讚!油菜 ~ 西生菜 $10- 全走,份量都幾足㗎

依個係來南記午餐或晚餐指定款式,實在太愛南記招牌春卷同南記嘅招牌豬腩肉,點解 ??? 因為好啱我口味;豬腩肉少許辣好入味,春卷係由腐皮包著魚肉來炸。

如果當日晨早炸果大批晚市後段賣晒,會即刻炸㗎,今晚兩碗中其中一碗嘅四條就好好彩。
