To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日黎到呢間位於金鐘嘅Brick Lane 位置都唔算難搵。只要跟住OpenRice 果個地鐵站D出口行4分鐘就到了,不過要提提大家係記住要行大橋呀!睇睇個門口都幾靚再睇睇入面,哇係一個調酒區喔😈 好似幾pro 的。再一張店內環境圖入到去感覺都幾舒服,都有少少 英倫風,因為佢係有寫佢地嘅食物係 A taste of eastern London food!因爲我叫咗set dinner 所以先上個salad ! 好味呀~個人覺得酸度適中,但朋友就覺得偏酸,然後我最鐘意嘅係佢有落d芝士!大家見到白色果d就係芝士了,好夾,而且芝士份量都適中。講到set dinner ,我地黎之前以為餐廳係每日個dinner menu 都一樣。因為上OpenRice 睇到大家都係影同一個set dinner menu ,然後咁岩今日個set menu 都係一樣係果3樣野。其實本身想食set menu 以外嘅main dish ,諗住加少少錢轉餐,點知問店員先知唔得,佢只得set menu 果3個餐其他都唔可以轉餐。所以最後都叫咗set menu 入面嘅意粉 ,始終都係set menu 比較低食。 其實有少少

今日餐湯係南瓜湯 ,味道都唔錯,但我個人鐘意飲「傑」d d 嘅西湯!而要讚嘅係麵包好脆,係岩岩焗起果種,幾好!

到主菜了,軟腳蟹鮮蝦扁意粉!講笑炸。。。係軟殼蟹呀!睇睇個賣相幾靚呀,打卡一流
試試佢我覺得扁意粉唔太夠味,我個人比較重口味😛建意可以加少少蒜頭同鹽炒加埋黑椒會惹味d😛但總括黎講意粉加埋d蟹食係夠味的,而且個蟹都幾脆。食落個蟹口感都幾爆,因為有d蟹膏!

之後叫咗個小食黑松露薯條(可選芝士醬)我糾結咗好耐叫邊個好。最後黑松露出線😝~我個人真係黑松露迷!我鐘意佢係幼薯條,而且都係炸得幾脆!

再黎一個小食,哇哇哇!係cheese board 最後同店員傾計先知呢個係佢地岩岩轉menu 嘅新菜式呀!有4 款芝士。(左到右Emmental cheese ,Blue cheese, camember cheese, Cheddar cheese) 店員同我地講Blue cheese 味道較重同咸所以通常夾塊餅乾或者加生果中和翻,佢地今次就比咗無花果我地試試。個人鐘意夾餅乾。
