今日做完gym有d肚餓,又唔想食啲肥膩食物,就決定試吓喺gym入面既呢間餐廳。其實我唔expect佢會好食,只要填飽肚就得。點知竟然有驚喜!佢所有食材都好新鮮。我叫左慢煮叉燒,木耳,南瓜容。。個叉燒雖然睇落好瘦但其實好好食架,好有口感。其他蔬菜都好fresh,南瓜容好甜,黑木耳好爽,我配蕎麥麵食都好夾。成餐飯都好健康,只有五百幾卡路里。。。要減肥既一定要試下呢間餐廳呀
