Today I bought a Teriyaki chicken and rice box from Youni, which is what I usual order every afternoon. Though today the rice in the box was burnt (the one you get when the rice sticks to the bottom of the cooking vessel) and not edible, similarly the coleslaw was not fresh and had a weird smell to it. I have never had any quality issues with them before and this is for the first time, I hope they maintain their quality well (a snap of some portion of rice attached for reference)

餐牌寫明左一個套餐既卡路里,令減肥人士易於控制卡路里攝取量。

我簡單點左個白雞肉配飯,配菜選擇非常多,每種都好吸引而且好健康,最後我簡單揀左菠菜,油腐皮,仲有醋木耳(酸酸地幾開胃)。

唯一失望既,竟然係個飯
,食左兩三次都會硬左一舊舊,搞到個飯食得一半,原因真係唔知點解。

整體而言,餐廳質素👍👍👍,價錢亦很合理(~$70)。

另外建議餐廳可以多用堂食餐具,減少製造垃圾。

膽粗粗喺附近(都要行成8分鐘)搵咗間健身室嘅附屬餐廳去試吓. 點知超驚喜! HKD 78 一個set, 有分 signature set 同energy plate.

已經食過某健身中心入邊嘅小食堂好幾次,初頭第一次食冇抱任何希望純粹係想試一試所謂低卡路里又健康嘅午餐其實都有驚喜初初啱啱開就聽同事講話幾好食就八卦試一試龍與鳳,第一次食點左個海南雞做主菜+溏心蛋見佢嘅廚房食物係已經準備好,以為食物應該冇乜誠意但原來海南雞幾有驚喜,唔油之餘雞肉既質感幾滑,本來仲以為健康嘅雞肉係會整到好粗糙其他嘅配菜都還可以,但唯獨是溏心蛋唔係幾岩我口味因爲酒味太重.....第二次食就試咗個魚+烏龍麵+醉蝦藜麥沙律今次個魚我就覺得麻麻地,肉質鬆散冇乜味道,反而個烏龍麵就做得唔錯(所以多數去食都食烏龍麵)而醉蝦藜麥沙律相對來講醉蝦係驚喜藜麥本身係無味佢加左一啲醋調番啲味覺得還可以第三次主菜我叫咗叉燒,另外加多份海南雞叉燒我覺得係咁多分主菜中最好食,叉燒上邊落咗少許蜜糖調味第四樣主菜係鴨胸鴨胸雖然有少少肉汁但係質感實在太韌並唔容易入口,成就勝在份量多

第二次食就試咗個魚+烏龍麵+醉蝦藜麥沙律

今次個魚我就覺得麻麻地,肉質鬆散冇乜味道,反而個烏龍麵就做得唔錯(所以多數去食都食烏龍麵)而醉蝦藜麥沙律相對來講醉蝦係驚喜藜麥本身係無味佢加左一啲醋調番啲味覺得還可以
