夜市開返,第一時間去食飯。聽聞旺角初鮨有Omakase食,所以就去左。先食前菜三味,係每樣一啖既開胃小食,都幾清新。刺身三款有北海道活帶子、愛女魚同多春魚。幾鐘意佢地既刺身,好夠鮮。重頭戲大拖羅刺身就用紫菜包住,唔好睇佢咁多wasabi,唔會好辣㗎。即開大大隻赤崎真蠔,上面鋪左青檸啫喱同紫蘇花,豐富左呢道菜既味道。口感幾creamy。壽司有6件,包括間八,深海池魚,赤伊佐木,金目鯛,中拖羅同銀鱈魚。件件各有特色,當中以金目鯛既味道,同銀鱈魚既油脂最令人難忘。食到咁豐富,仲有松葉蟹茶碗蒸,味噌湯,同沖繩黑糖雪糕,份量相當足。下次再帶班朋友再黎食過先。
