跟住想講下壽司 每一件嘅飯都大小不一
舍利之間壓得比較實 食落口感一般
重點係份量非常之少 好似一隻女仔手指公大少少😅
當然唔係同米芝蓮餐廳比較
但質素好似小妹去連鎖店壽x郎可能滿足感仲大
而且其中有兩三舊魚味非常之重🙈🙈
小妹會形容為好腥‼️‼️



其實價錢係十分相宜 餐廳景觀亦都好開揚
但係好遺憾小妹無辦法再光顧 因為用餐體驗太差

9月中尾係Open Rice book左位同另一半慶祝生日, 為左confirm Menu星期一至日都係同價同款, 當日仲打左去初鰭confirm當時聽電話既仲係一位好好禮貌既男仔staff, 佢回應我10月初會改menu, 如果收唔到whatsapp通知的話可以再打去提醒佢, 當時仲心諗, 呢間omakase既餐廳真係唔錯直到今日10月5日早上, 我開Openrice個APP先發現自己booking被餐廳取消, 而原因如圖中講, 餐廳結業終於等到12點打去查詢, 當時無人接聽過左5-10分鐘, 有位態度極度惡劣既男職員打返轉頭: xx集團, 你係咪打過黎我當時確認係初鮨後就表明自己booking被cancel惡男staff要求我提供有關booking日子後, 態度差+串到爆問我: 咁你想點? 要book番一樣日子定係照cancel?我終於忍唔住鬧爆佢: 其實貴餐廳唔想做生意都唔緊要, cancel booking都唔緊要, 而唔係呢種咁既態度, 我對上個幾星期打黎既另一位同事都唔係咁樣事後, 該餐廳以2個不同no.既手提打黎初鮨, 本來我對你地都有d期望, 覺得係電話confirm果

香港的樓上鋪鮨店,絕大部份位於中環、尖沙咀及銅鑼灣,同旺角更沾不上任何關係。今個週末忽然間好想食壽司,但偏偏又要去旺角;上去OpenRice搜尋一下,發現旺角竟然也有兩間!由於只有「初鮨」有熟食,可以滿足小公主的需要,一於試試。「初鮨」位於旺角彌敦道一楝面積狹小的商業大廈樓上,更估不到的是,這一棟大廈差不多全部各層都是食肆,可以形容為銀座式食廈 ⋯⋯ 之前以為只有銅鑼灣才有這種形式的飲食商廈,估唔到原來旺角也有一棟。商廈面積實在太過細小,電梯門一打開,就已經見到唯一一張壽司吧枱及10個座位。由於空間有限,只可以勉強用繩簾將用餐空間及電梯出口分隔;雖然有點奇怪,但亦算有點特色。儘管鮨店位於大廈高層,其中一邊又是大廈玻璃幕牆,卻偏偏無法眺望彌敦道開陽境緻;這也是因為餐廳面積細小,座位要求背向外牆。同銅鑼灣、尖沙咀及中環的樓上鋪鮨店比較,裝修顯得有點簡陋,缺少了鮨店的東瀛風情及高檔次氣氛。再加上地區因素關係,午市壽司套餐定價亦相對親民;午市廚師發板分櫻、梅及初,最貴的初只是 $680。對於胃納不太大的小編,梅($380)作為午餐,已經相當豐富;包括三款刺身及10貫壽司。前菜漬蘿蔔很明顯是大批

對於胃納不太大的小編,梅($380)作為午餐,已經相當豐富;包括三款刺身及10貫壽司。前菜漬蘿蔔很明顯是大批來貨的普通貨色,味道非常一般。日式柚子醋沙律味道亦調校得太過酸。日式茶碗蒸賣相好似很吸引,但原來表面的芡汁份量太多、亦太稀,掏起一匙蒸蛋後,就更顯得水汪汪,影響了蒸蛋的美味,亦減低了蛋香。

三款刺身為劍魚、鰆魚及帆立貝。前兩者並非正規高級刺身。劍魚味道偏淡、油香亦較少;表面炙至接近全熟的鰆魚賣相麻麻,味道亦不吸引,入好有點腥,但又並非秋刀或生鯖那種光皮魚特有的濃郁魚味,小編並不喜歡鰆魚。帆立貝雖然普通,勝在有鮮味,入口鮮甜軟糯爽滑。

之後就是10貫壽司。師傅先將所有食材準備,然後逐件逐件席前揑做。唔知道是否入座時間太遲,抑或師傅習慣了平日午飯時段的旺角白領匆忙進餐;剛剛揑好一貫壽司,小編還未放入口中,師傅已馬上準備好下一貫。這種匆忙的用餐感覺有點不太合意,破壞了品嚐壽司應有的休閒氣氛(迴轉壽司除外)。

10貫壽司按次序分別是間八火炙銀鱈火炙紋甲魷魚火炙左口魚邊金目鯛白蝦中とろ北海道海膽穴子。每件壽司的造型未夠工整漂亮,飯團大小不一,肉眼亦看得出有點鬆散;壽司表面的魚肉同樣也是每件大小不一致。味道方面,食材尚算新鮮,但部分質素則只是一般。

燒熊本A5黑毛和牛丼($188)的和牛份量很多,大小尺寸及厚薄又同日式燒肉相同,正是最佳口感。表面並非普通和牛丼醬汁,而是混和了黑白芝麻炒至很濃稠的糊狀醬汁,雖然充滿芝麻香味,但太稠身,失去了牛肉丼醬汁的原意,是否喜歡因人而異。和牛表面賣相相當吸引,入口原來有少許粗嚡,雖然有少少和牛油香,但未夠軟滑,口感有點似普通美國牛肉;同曾經品嚐過的A5黑毛和牛有一段距離。不過,不用 $200 的和牛丼有這種味道,已經算是合理性價比。

甜品雲呢拿雪糕的亮點在於那一塊薄薄的柿干片,軟糯、柿味香甜,並非全乾,仍然保留少許濕潤,咬下去有柿汁;好食。

以性價比而論,壽司刺身質素水準算合格,雖然師傅揑壽司的技巧只算一般,壽司的造型未夠精美吸引,但師傅相當健談,可以帶起客人氣氛。加上定價吸引,可以一試。

最平$280就食到一個set~普通食個lunch都可以🤣🤣我地去食嗰日全部食材都新鮮 但有一件炙燒竟然將舊飯燒得都幾燶 食落有𤓓味 雖然性價比真好高係好加分 但食到有𤓓味嗰下真係扣咗唔少分😂😂

今次揀咗lunch 來慶祝生日,午市有三個set選擇,價錢分別是$280,$380,$680。我哋三個人分別點左兩個$380同一個$680。先講刺身,$680果個set有6款,老實講啲魚就唔太鮮味,某幾款食落口甚至有少少擦膠感覺。$380set有3款,味道不過不失。之後壽司嘅質素後半係好味,前半都係麻麻。對比同區其他差不多價錢嘅lunch omakase(講緊係300幾蚊嗰set),最後都會有海膽壽司,但係呢度連$680果set都無,所以幾失望。值得一提既係服務態度良好,上菜速度都好快。除咗食材一般(特別係魚)之外,其他各方面都OK。

今次揀咗lunch 來慶祝生日,午市有三個set選擇,價錢分別是$280,$380,$680。
我哋三個人分別點左兩個$380同一個$680。

先講刺身,$680果個set有6款,老實講啲魚就唔太鮮味,某幾款食落口甚至有少少擦膠感覺。
$380set有3款,味道不過不失。

之後壽司嘅質素後半係好味,前半都係麻麻。對比同區其他差不多價錢嘅lunch omakase(講緊係300幾蚊嗰set),最後都會有海膽壽司,但係呢度連$680果set都無,所以幾失望。

值得一提既係服務態度良好,上菜速度都好快。除咗食材一般(特別係魚)之外,其他各方面都OK。

左口魚本身有少少肥膏,透過火炙嘅方式將呢啲肥膏昇華,放入口嘅時候有少少燙到嘴唇邊,但絲毫不減佢嘅魅力!

吞拿魚蓉卷
蔥花嘅香味難掩吞拿魚蓉嘅驚喜,紫菜包裹住嘅吞拿魚鮮味喺口腔裏面溢出嚟❤mamamia

麵豉湯
裏面有一片片嘅魚肉,好香好重嘅魚味,但絲毫沒有腥味

松葉蟹蒸蛋
松葉蟹肉超多,每一啖都有蟹肉嘅肉絲,儘管蛋味都好香濃,超級滑,松葉蟹嘅新鮮係我食完之後唯一一個感想。

抹茶紅豆雪糕
超順滑嘅抹茶雪糕日本製嘅紅豆🫘冇得彈!

第一,前菜就係柚子沙律,上面有一兩片蕃茄仔,開胃就固然不在話下,我覺得生菜非常之清新,適合refresh你嘅口

蓮藕漬
其實我去日本最鍾意就係食佢嘅漬物❤,今次竟然食到蓮藕漬,即刻聯想起以前有得去旅行嘅時候,住過嘅一間飯店,裏面都有提供啲上次嘅前菜,真係好懷念。

北海道元貝配竹炭
本身擔心緊竹炭會唔會好苦,食落完全唔會,元貝嘅鮮味好突出,慢慢細嚼會有一絲絲嘅甜味,我諗天下間只有日本嘅北海道元貝先至有咁嘅味道。
間白魚
呢個食落會有小小嘅腥味,魚味重,魚肉都好爽脆

赤身
唔會係好綿嘅口感,當喺口腔慢慢細味嘅時候,覺得自己好似喺太平洋嘅深海裏面游水。

太刀魚
灑落魚肉上面嘅香蔥係來自日本嘅,我其實係一個香蔥界嘅KOL,台灣嘅三星蔥、日本嘅大蔥、我都好鍾意,而今次師傅嘅料理方法真係冇得頂,平衡左魚肉嘅味道同埋香蔥嘅鮮味,食落唔會好似激到鼻哥,仍然食得出太刀魚嘅香味,我諗呢啲係考驗到師傅嘅功架。

金鯛
師傅話夏天最啱食金鯛,點解叫金鯛魚呢,話說日本人真係黐線,養佢嘅時候會為少少金箔比佢哋食,令到佢哋嘅魚肉會閃閃發光,真係奢侈嘅極致!

春魚
都係第一次聽呢隻魚,喺上面加左洋蔥碎,意外嘅相襯

今天臨時在OpenRice預約下午1:30到初鮨吃午餐的廚師發板。壽司不怎麼樣,只有池魚較好,而且在師傅上最後一件壽司時,發現師傅的指甲有黑邊。連最後吃的蒸蛋也令人大失所望(沒有蛋香味,猶如水一般)。侍應的服務態度一般,很多時候也沒有主動加茶,而且往往在不適合的時間收碟。付款離席後,便去逛街,可是不到半小時,肚子突然絞痛,需要衝往洗手間,以為去完一次洗手間就沒有大礙,可惜事與願違,在過了15分鐘,又衝往洗手間屙水,連續屙了兩次。此後也不會再光顧!

Omakase 除左食物之外,成個環起同體驗都好緊要。呢間餐廳雖然面積少,最多只可容納幾檯客,但裝修都好企理乾淨,充滿日本風🤩

食物方面,食材都新鮮,雖然得8件壽司,但慢慢食食完都會飽,咁既價錢同質素算係CP值高既一餐omakase👍🏻

食 Omakase 通常食完都唔記得食左麥,總之就十款刺身壽司件件都係時令新鮮就是了。🤣🤣🤣「初鰭」就在旺角彌敦道近登打士街,一間有質素價錢又貼地的日式廚師發板。靚女店員招呼細心又親切,廚師攪笑好親民。看完餐牌後我們決定了「滿」$1280。🍶食刺身當然要來一支日本清酒,酒精度低微甜易入喉。🥢先來三小碟小食,記得中間牛蒡好食。🥢日本出名盛產蠔,果然是又甜又滑,面層有粒粒果凍酸酸甜甜帶出蠔鮮味。🥢手握壽司比機制更柔軟,感覺軟糯黏口,至於刺身還記得金目鯛魚鮮甜爽口,右口魚入口即溶化魚油脂滿嘴都是,最後熱食杯碗蒸蛋香嫩滑美味可口,今晚可說是大飽口福。😍😍😂

食之前都關注左一段時間,好多都係講性格比好高,都有講佢出餐比較快,剛上前菜就上蒸蛋,不過對佢都係正面評價。今次我就同朋友黎慶祝生日,我倆都係叫梅依個lunch set , 上菜時間就無網上講咁快,我倆進食速度不一啦,但師傅都會等我倆完全食完前菜先上蒸蛋,之後每道菜都根據我倆進食速度上菜。座位係有啲逼,出入係有啲困難,加上吧檯都比較高,增加左難道。不過,服務員都會幫助,又會細心咁收拾碗碟,令個過程十分安靜。食物方面,大多數都係北海道進貨,十分新鮮,最中意係帶子,池魚,好清甜。最後一個小插曲,師傅忘記上左幾多件壽司😂😂
