To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔出新品當然要第一時間嘗試！全新的「滷汁牛肚蜂巢豆腐香辣番茄湯米線」，不僅有新配料，連湯底都是以前番茄湯🍅的升級版，聽到名字已經讓人流口水了🤤牛肚軟諗大條，分量也很多，淡淡的滷汁味和番茄湯很match～如果牛肚可以切細件一點就更入味而且更容易咬了👍🏻蜂巢豆腐索曬番茄湯汁之後超級入味，蜂巢的口感也十分不錯，感覺和任何湯底都是絕配🤣而升級版的香辣番茄湯底感覺和以往的番茄湯差不多～小編選了中辣，辣味十足，非常惹味呀！小編還另外加了至愛的韭菜，碳水、蛋白質、蔬菜都有齊，又是健康的一餐😛
