To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又到了羊腩煲季節

真正的冬天來了，又到了羊腩煲季節，今晚在這太子小飯店食羊腩煲，味道唔錯，唔知係唔係因為佢地係用新鮮羊肉做羊腩煲，所以無乜羶味。$498一煲，羊腩份量都幾多，仲跟埋一碟生菜比我地。D枝竹吸晒D羊腩汁所以特別好食。老闆娘仲問我地夠唔夠汁真係好細心好服務。羊腩煲之外我地仲叫咗個咕嚕肉，真係好食，唔卦得差唔多枱枱都叫，老闆娘話佢地係用新鮮豬肉，真係好難得，因為新鮮豬肉真係貴好多，所以出面大部份食肆都唔會咁落本。另外仲飲了佢有隻支裝德國麥啤，幾好飲，同羊腩煲好夾。
