To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次來的時候是年初的三月,已經加了價,由三十元一碟雙併飯加到三十二元,今次又已經加到三十五元.下午二時半,店內有五六個客人,阿姐如常冷冷的把筷子,匙更和豉油碟拋下,最令人討厭的是把匙更和筷子放在污穢不堪的枱面上而不用豉油碟擱起.一想起別人把骨吐在枱面,口水,肉渣和和式穢物,令人嘔心.也罷,既然來了,也早知她們的待客態度,為了吃一口像樣的燒肉,唯有啞忍.叫了燒肉义燒飯,五分鐘有得食燒肉是頭頭尾尾的部位,是一早知道了的,但是比起坊間不知所謂的作品也還勝一籌.因為有炭燒的香味和醬料的味道,加上少許肉汁,是別處沒有的.根據隣枱的客人問阿姐,燒腩要賣130元一斤,其他部位則要110元.可以想像碟頭飯吃的是什麼了.义燒方面,只是普通之極的料子而已.飯的方面是硬實像沙石一般,難以下嚥,算了罷,本人的飯量不大,吃不到一半便放棄了.口痕起來,還是會來的.
