To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

公司好多野做要OT，去左對面買野食，買有條粢飯，記得上次買時十六蚊條，都係兩個禮拜前啫，今晚個老闆收左十八蚊，咁快就加兩蚊？比例都幾高喎……一條粢飯十八蚊，真心覺得貴。SIZE正常唔係特別大條，都實心嘅，都係飽肚嘅，飯黏稠，內包著半條油炸鬼，少許豬肉鬆，仲有少少炸菜粒，正正常常味道，不見得特別出色。因為係晚上，條粢飯即叫即包仲熱辣辣，叫其他餃子，蔥油餅等都係叫先煎，全部都夠熱，味道亦不差，只是有點貴，晚上附近無咩食都KEEP住黎呢度買。
