喺深井食燒鵝先後試過裕記,陳記,傅記,今次就輪到呢間能記嘞!去到都幾多人,我哋要喺門口等咗一陣先有位,店內唔算大,我哋叫咗: 椒鹽茄子:呢個都幾考功夫,因為茄子係好索油嘅,要攞去炸但又唔想佢吸咁多油真係有啲難度!茄子上枱時賣相都幾得,面頭拍咗啲粉先炸可以吸少啲油,仲有就係切到塊茄子好薄先拎去炸,亦可以減少吸油嘅機會。呢個茄子有啲脆幾香口,椒鹽亦好惹味,味道就唔錯嘞,不過食完都唔似食過嘢,純粹叫嚟睇吓佢點整到唧! 黃金煎藕餅:上枱時真係幾吸引,一個個金黃色,賣相不俗!面頭粉漿夠薄,蓮藕餅厚度適中,藕味濃郁兼外脆內軟綿,有啲驚喜喎! 燒鵝:一如以往要咗半隻,因為要等出爐,所以嚟到其他餸都食晒嘞!隻鵝唔算大隻,燒鵝皮因為啱啱出爐又熱又脆,仲要燒得恰到好處有好多肉汁流出嚟! 肉質唔夠陳記嫩滑稔身不過就唔肥,鵝味亦好濃郁,食得過! 齋瀨粉:佢個瀨粉夠彈牙又比陳記強喎,仲要浸咗好耐都唔會發漲或者稔晒斷晒,唔錯! 細枝裝可樂2枝當然最好食仲係陳記啦!
