朋友生日食飯book左呢間倫住蒸食蒸氣海鮮,去到先知原來係倫哥私房菜嘅系列,今次就主打蒸海鮮。倫哥就出左名多野食,由我地入去個一刻,咩都唔洗叫就已經有碗蟲草花湯飲。之後先比個餐牌你揀每一樣海鮮點樣整,就自己剔番個調味,之後就會咁多盤拎過黎。本身以為係好似9層塔個d全部一齊蒸,之後續層續層食落去,點知完來唔係,係一層一層蒸,店員會set好時間,夠鐘就拎比我地食咁樣。雖然就有少少取考,但係最重要都係食物味度同質素。聖子我地揀左用蒜蓉蒸,味道一定好食,面而佢用料都幾新鮮,都幾肥美,肉質都夠爽脆。薑蔥蒸花甲帶出左花甲嘅鮮味,亦都唔會話有沙/ 死花甲開唔到殼嘅問題。我最鐘意呢個剁椒醬蒸蝦,香口野味帶少少辣味,蝦肉結實爽口彈牙,正👍🏻清蒸蔬菜中間清清口味,估唔到就咁清蒸蔬菜都咁好味,紫薯勁香甜,南瓜亦都蒸到岩岩好,好腍好甜,好有驚喜。之後我地揀左黑皮蒸鮑魚,係屋企呀媽都會咁樣蒸鮮鮑,肉質都幾彈牙,易咬唔會過熟變硬,好好食。size亦都唔算細,合理。而龍蝦就揀左清蒸,亦都係店員推介,話可以食番龍蝦鮮味,清蒸就會最顯鮮甜,唔會比調味cover左個鮮甜。又真係冇講錯,真係好鮮甜多汁,唔會腥同澀,好好食,

而龍蝦就揀左清蒸,亦都係店員推介,話可以食番龍蝦鮮味,清蒸就會最顯鮮甜,唔會比調味cover左個鮮甜。又真係冇講錯,真係好鮮甜多汁,唔會腥同澀,好好食,同外國專食蒸龍蝦嘅餐廳有得比,睇得出佢地用料好新鮮。

除左海鮮之外,另一個好有驚喜嘅係個魷魚腸粉,勁勁勁好食。花生醬加魷魚蒸腸粉,熱辣辣同花生醬勁香,冇諗過咁好食。

到最後有個蒸生炒糯米飯,已經太飽食唔晒喇。但係係好足料,臘腸、排骨、南瓜、花生、芋頭,勁多材料好香口,只不過成晚太多野食,食唔晒。

最尾仲有得任食黑糖冰涼粉,食左咁多野用呢個冰冰涼涼嘅冰粉做完結,真係好滿足,仲要每人只係$238,新係抵食到爆。個人覺得比倫哥私房菜更抵食同更有水準。
