今日經過太子做野,順便約朋友去食雞煲火鍋,我朋友就推介咁呢間冇限時任食雞煲火鍋比我首先上雞煲,我叫咗中辣,好野味,d醬汁入晒d雞肉裏面,d雞好滑d都唔鞋,不過中辣都唔係好辣,原來雞煲可以refill,我地食咗3個雞煲,因為太好食手切肥牛,呢碟係一次性,冇得refill,d牛肉好新鮮,好重牛肉味,一d都唔韌,肥瘦適中,好好食再黎個海鮮拼盤,有龍蝦,帶子,龍躉魚片,仲有幾款貝殼類嘅海鮮,非常新鮮一d都唔腥之後仲可以叫d丸類,菜類都係可以無限refill,整體上都好抵食,仲可以坐成晚 continue reading

之前食過倫哥火煱私房菜, 再試下倫哥蒸鍋. 今次真係跌晒眼鏡. 對倫哥失去信心. 真心接受唔到. 蒸海鮮數埋係四款. 沒有龍蝦, 沒有龍躉腩, 沒有鮮魷 這次四款海鮮也不是出色的. 想來開餐既朋友, 要三思, 三思, 再三思. 新餐牌$248價錢再加一, 酒水另計, 只收現金. 我地上兩樓座位, 待應為我地介紹海鮮可以選擇唔同配料蒸,有薑葱, 蒜蓉, 面豉, 豉汁, 蟲草花, 海鹽蒸等等等. 揀好, 好快就有一人一盅燉湯和花膠扣鮑魚食. 接著一蒸接一蒸, 到最後蒸飯. 甜品. 兩個半鐘左右完成. 1) 燉湯 ok2) 花膠扣鮑魚室溫, 熱食更好. 花膠爽口, 鮑魚好食. 3) 海鮮1 – 薑葱蒸蠔蠔蒸得剛剛好. 是晚最好的海鮮薑葱少得可憐, 完全無薑葱味道4) 海鮮2 – 蟲草花蒸聖子蟲草花粉絲蒸聖子配白蘿蔔近乎清蒸聖子不過不失. 唔算鮮甜5) 海鮮 3 – 蒜蓉蒸海蝦海蝦配上脆肉瓜海蝦細隻, 沒有蒜蓉香味6) 芋頭蒸臘肉芋頭有兩三舊爽的古怪, 不出色7) 海鮮4 - 烏冬底蒸蟹蟹細隻, 尚算新鮮揀左海鹽蒸,同清蒸無分別烏冬底尚可8) 一大碟蟲草花蒸雞雞偏肥, 沒有蟲草花味, 清蒸,份量多, 味道麻麻食唔晒, 浪費9) 大大碟八寶蒸飯飯同餸, 味道不配10) 蒸雜菜無味道. 清蒸南瓜, 棷菜花平平無奇,無影相11) 黑糖冰涼粉幾好食. 透明晶型涼粉, 有黑色涼粉味道. 總結一定唔會再來二樓待應不足, 有五枱客. 只有一個人, 落單, 蒸海鮮. 元氣蒸鍋, 味道完全唔吸引. 元氣, 起碼蔬菜可以食到新鮮味道. 海鮮量少, 蒸雞蒸飯就大大碟. 無奈!睇返其他食評, 12月都係有七款海鮮的……..2月頭就變左四款. 無左一半. continue reading

去到先發現改左menu, 冇左龍蝦,龍躉,鮮魷腸粉,變左蒸雞同芋頭臘肉,有點失望,但價錢冇變。而其他海鮮都普普通通,沒有太大驚喜。唯獨野飲抵,汽水買一送一,10蚊兩罐。 continue reading

前日老闆請食收爐飯,ㄧ班人預早book好位滿懷歡喜入去食,點知完全失望😢當日海鮮有蟶子、肉蟹、蝦、蜆仔等。。。進食前店員介紹當日時令海鮮是蟶子皇,但當真正時實物時size卻差不多只比ㄧ隻食指大ㄧ些、之後到清蒸蟹,可惜蟹太瘦,蟹殻完全冇膏、蝦用蒜蓉清蒸,味道還可以,但也不是太有肉。。。所有菜色唯有鮑魚比較好味ㄧ點,而且當日店員態度非常燥,令我地發現所點的食物口味出錯及店內冷氣太大也不敢告之🙈🙈不過怎様也好,真係永遠不會再有下次😣😣😣 continue reading
