To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去勁多人介紹嘅平民食堂東廣場。行左一個圈，其實啱食嘅舖頭唔多，又唔係話特別平架。我地啱啱食完鹽水雞真係好口渴，一定要飲返啲野。珍珠奶茶控嘅我見到呢間一位出名嘅KOL介紹嘅台式飲品店，個名叫米拉。佢就開喺一間連鎖店對面，望下個Menu真係O左嘴，因為係出奇地平，一杯珍珠奶茶都係廿蚊有找。我叫左杯胚芽珍珠奶茶，叫左少甜少冰。唔係誇張唔係賣廣告，呢間係我飲過有史以來最好飲嘅珍珠奶茶。奶茶中茶味偏濃，奶都適中。要讚一定係珍珠！好煙韌，淋身好有咬口！呢間小店完全可以擊敗對面間連鎖店！就價錢就已經打敗左啦～老闆係一個上年紀嘅叔叔，親力親為，好熱心嘅老人家。仲問我杯野得唔得，我飲住點頭，心裏頭大叫掂到爆啦！呢間舖頭我已經幫襯左兩次，第二次買左杯俾朋友，佢都讚好飲。喺觀塘住同返工嘅，又鍾意飲珍珠奶茶嘅一定要去試。
