To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前覺得小社區唔會搵到好野食,到自己大個,慢慢發掘屋企樓下食肆,原來有咁多好野。就算依家搬走,都掛住某間茶餐廳或米線店,這間當然榜上有名。是日下午茶時間到,就點樣邪惡野-- 西多士。 水吧師傅負責埋,每件都是即叫即做,心急的朋友勿點!其實此店職員與佐敦某出名茶仔"澳X"好似,男職員為多,個個都好快手,好身手。先來飲品- 凍華田。凍阿華田- 都係用現成粉沖,有咩技巧?錯錯錯!!!就是因為分量的配合、熱水是否沖溶、淡奶糖水多少等等,令華田的質素一向都好參差。先從顏色可見一斑,愈深就表示愈重料, 入口除了既有的麥芽味, 淡奶味都調和了麥芽味, 令口感及滑。西多士- 一向都少點這項目, 參差得要緊, 現在有些茶記竟然拎一塊厚多士就去炸, 中間完全無餡, 變質嚴重。這間是少有我會點的西多士, 味道依舊, 質數反而比以前更好, 每件點叫即炸, 方包比坊間買到的厚少少, 中間搽花生醬, 每件都6面上好蛋漿才下炸鍋, 是6面!!!上枱金黃色, 顏色及厚度已很吸引, 而且出奇地少油, 罪惡感覺降低更多。牛油會放上面, 令西多士熱力溶化, 一絕。糖漿會一早預備給你, 要落幾多自助, 方便。切開無漏氣. 西

切開無漏氣. 西多士不會偏塌, 入口熱量充滿口腔, 食頭幾舊更加感覺到少少脆面(如要多食幾舊脆口, 除了快食, 更要逐舊點糖漿), 油膩感非常低, 因為做得好的炸漿保護了方包, 吸收較少油份, 入口仍有方包鬆軟感。

食完真係幾飽, 晚飯都食少大半碗飯, 抵~~
