其實我同老婆之前都成日會經過D頭食飯,但每次經過都見到D間海鮮酒家,見到這間酒家原來有得食懷舊菜,我地都好耐沒有食過D懷舊菜式了。【懷舊叫化雞】叫化雞其實又名叫乞丐雞,是一種中國幾百年既菜色,這個菜式是店員推介,菜單未必有,同埋我們真係未試過乞丐雞,所以我地叫了來試下,他用了荷葉、錫紙等來包住焗,扑開了之後就散發出荷葉味道同金針雲耳紅棗等的香味,這些香味而令我們流哂口水了,雞肉吸收了裡面的精華非常入味,食下的雞肉仲有肉汁流出來。【脆皮炸大腸】炸大腸唔係道道都好食,師父炸得非常香脆,這些大腸又不會太多肥膏,而令到可以外脆內軟既感覺。【生炒臘味糯米飯】超好食,糯米飯粒粒分明,好明顯真係生炒出來的,不是痴埋一舊,食落又不會太鹹,味道剛剛好又夠足料。【海帶綠豆沙】飯後逢送甜品明顯見到粗粗的海帶配上綠豆沙,又不算太甜,簡直畫上完美句號!正!!

【脆皮炸大腸】
炸大腸唔係道道都好食,師父炸得非常香脆,這些大腸又不會太多肥膏,而令到可以外脆內軟既感覺。
