To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 5個老嘢食咗2隻1蚊雞、1份龍蝦伊麵、2盅氣鍋湯、扒西蘭花、牛腩煲、蜜汁脆香骨,人均消費130蚊。燒雞新鮮熱辣,皮脆肉滑,保持到水準,尤其是用手拿著吃,別具風味,吃半隻都已經飽飽了,每次推出都會光顧一次。龍蝦都算實肉好味嘅!百零蚊有一隻龍蝦,伊麵底份量都夠每人一碗仔。但蜜汁脆香骨就非常吾掂啦!理應甜甜酸酸嘛!竟然是咸味?脆香骨,吾脆又吾香的排骨,超級負評!Black list。綜合而言,百零蚊食得飽飽,過下用手來撕雞的玩意,算有卓頭啦!眼見生意都吾錯,有時間會再來擦過。
