To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🫶🏼我最喜愛港式食物之一🫶🏼🚘🛞🚘車仔麵🛞🚘🛞何車嘅車仔麵有五種麵底揀屋企人揀咗傳統湯麵底我就比佢嘅蝦籽撈麵吸引咗🥢🥢🥢🥢🥢湯麵底🥢🥢🥢🥢🥢麵底：粗麵扣底四餸：燒牛舌心、燒腩肉、金菇、媽媽水餃配料：蔥、芫茜、乾蒜、蒜燒牛舌心 — 爽口👍🏻燒腩肉 — 肥瘦適中🐷媽媽水餃 — 皮薄、一口一隻啱啱好🥟🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐蝦籽撈麵底🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐麵底：粗麵扣底四餸：糖心蘿蔔、豬大腸、秘製冬菇、鯪魚球配料：蔥、芫茜、乾蒜、蒜乾蒜、蒜配料撈埋啲麵超惹味糖心蘿蔔 — 鮮甜無渣豬大腸 — 夠淋，唔會好肥另外冬菇入味，不過鯪魚球就算比較失色似普通魚旦，但碗湯好鮮甜絕對唔係味精湯，因為飲完唔會口渴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴炸腐皮角🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴細碟嘅有四塊，炸得香口，唔會太油薄薄哋，食完唔會覺得好邪惡🤭呢度仲有好多款小食提供唔想食麵，仲有飯比你揀價錢合理，味道出色，一定會再幫襯👍🏻
