最近朋友帶我去食間幾正嘅omakase-尖沙咀花晨月夕🍣呢度暗黑風格裝修有別於一般和式設計,我覺得幾型😆食物高質,價錢合理,我諗我好快會再嚟!有四款刺身+六貫壽司+烏冬。前菜係胡麻醬沙律,味噌湯,仲有茶碗蒸,茶碗蒸係我食過最多料嘅,入面嘅蟹肉多到係每一啖都有㗎🦀刺身有金鯛配甜蝦,粒貝,鱈魚白子,鰤魚。金鯛配甜蝦有雙重鮮味,可以將紫蘇葉拆出嚟再點酸汁食,再有唔同嘅層次🔝粒貝本身已用岩鹽同檸檬汁調味🍋令鮮味更突出。鱈魚白子以酸汁同蘿蔔蓉提鮮,口感十分細膩。鰤魚嘅魚脂充足,入口卻不會覺得太油膩,而且質地緊實👍🏻壽司有六款,海膽蟹肉好匹配,互相突出鮮味。鰈魚加魚邊食落帶甘香。金目鯛新鮮清甜。醬油漬赤身比較特別,味道特別濃厚,面頭有七彩芝麻令整體食落更香🤤而拖羅嘅豐滿油脂,魚油香同口感都絕對令人滿意。海膽手卷有澎湃海膽,灑上金箔更矜貴,以岩鹽做調味,再用紫菜包住,超滿足。最後有湯烏冬,清甜嘅味道可以一解食完刺身壽司嘅膩感~而甜品就係開心果雪糕!
