To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上個月喺沙田新城市廣場買咗部電話, 覺得新城市廣場都幾好行, 所以就心血來潮就想去新城市廣場嘅翠園飲茶試下。朝頭早11點瞓醒就用app去攞位, 點知果時派籌已經排到300幾喇, 叫飛就去到180,噉就出發去沙田,到達嗰時祇不過嗌到200幾咋。等咗足足一個鐘零九個字。終於到我入去坐。由於好肚餓一坐低即刻就叫咗個百花釀魚肚, 水準之上之後就黎個雞絲粉皮,叉燒腸粉,排骨水晶粉,都係不錯之選咖喱土魷,味道口感都好,但唯一不足就係一條魷魚鬚都搵唔到食到咁上下,就叫左五香牛展+叉燒飯+蝦多士牛展有少少酒香味,肉質入味夠淋 叉燒算係瘦,但不是梅頭肉,所以有啲痴牙蝦多士算係比較失望,蝦肉不是太新鮮,但炸的火喉就相當到位,完全不油脷由於太飽嘅關係就冇食到甜品謝謝收看

蝦多士算係比較失望,蝦肉不是太新鮮,但炸的火喉就相當到位,完全不油脷

由於太飽嘅關係就冇食到甜品
