To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近就喺想食啲重口味嘅野，發現喱間樓上小店，門口就掛住塊成都小面十強，睇嚟真喺唔簡單。主要喺套餐，分A主食、B飲品、C小食及D甜品。由＄87-109左右，額外可加料或轉特飲。簡簡單單叫個ABCD全齊嘅＄109套餐，分別咗但瘋狂擔擔面同埋瘋狂大排面，最欣賞喺面嘅辣同麻度喺可以選擇，排骨真喺炆得好入味同好軟身，如果擔擔麵的話，推薦要加麻，超級好食，配上傳統烏梅汁，適當時候解一解辣。小食揀咗蒜茸青瓜同埋泡椒鳯爪，泡椒鳯爪真系超级啦食唔到辣嘅朋友仔要小心，其實兩樣小食都好開胃好。最后加埋成都甜品冰粉作結， 冰粉其实嘅作用真系可以解辣同埋清新一下口味。
