To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前睇某科林見有人宣佈葵芳既人有褔了,因為譚仔响葵芳開分店。見咁咁多人都話掂,勁咪黎試下,叫左一個碗清湯炸醬墨丸米線、新彊香草雞翼。米線同墨丸都有咬口既;不過個炸醬唔係好得,如果我唔記得左自己叫左炸醬既話,就咁睇碗米線,我真係會以為佢搞緊 fusion,將西式既肉醬帶入雲南既米線度。炸醬應有既配料欠奉都算數,唔該唔好俾d凍冰冰既肉醬我啦。雞翼都整得算唔錯既,表皮香脆而入面多汁且滑,不過新彊食物唔係好興落勃然粉落d燒烤上面既咩?點解又係欠奉既?足少少料啦,唔該。
