To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同事們午餐話去飲茶,揀左呢間名都酒樓。五個人上到去,帶位小姐話要等一陣,大約五分鐘就有得入去喇。行入去見到竟然係好耐冇見過既推車仔,心諗一定好食喇! 點知就中招了,我地叫左。。叉燒飽-飽入面既叉燒唔新鮮牛肉球-同事一食落口就大叫好難食,我唔食牛所以我唔知點形容比大家知鮮蝦韮菜餃-呢個正常少少,不過都係唔新鮮叉燒腸-差蒸排骨-同事食到唔熟既。。。鳳爪-算係正常春卷-係架車仔度擺得太耐了,皮都唔脆雞絲粉卷-冇味既一條野粉卷滑蛋鮮蝦帶子炒河-大家都頂唔順d點心,唯有炒碟野黎食下,呢碟炒河算係好食架喇係咁既對比之下。。最後再叫多兩碗糖水紅豆沙同杏仁茶,講真呢兩碗糖水應該係呢餐最好食既野。。。。
