To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六同朋友兩個人嚟諗住試吓啲特色嘢喺門口排咗15分鐘左右就入得，等候時間都OK嘅～但係落完單之後，等左成20分鐘先有嘢食，以冰廳黎講都幾耐～嗌咗個臘腸冬菇奶油意大利飯，個飯唔夠熱，味道OK，不過份量偏少～朋友嗌咗個腐乳Carbonara，但完全食唔到有腐乳味，份量亦非常少，完全食唔飽。仲要啲嘢飲要成$40至$50一杯，基本上係Cafe嘅價錢，但係個味道又冇乜特別，好有搶錢嘅感覺d蛋撻又要成$28一個，貴到都唔想嗌黎食～總結：又貴又唔飽，味道係唔差，但性價比頗差，成個dining experience幾失望。冰廳裝修，餐廳價錢，西餐份量，有d不倫不類。唔會考慮翻桌。
