Restaurant: The Chairman

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 秋風起識食梗係食煲仔飯,依個梅菜扣肉煲仔飯,四個字……..「好好味呀」!撈埋飯燒焦冇得頂🤤,不過仍然覺得飯焦放湯食比較好食。另外面醬鹹檸檬小黃魚亦非常出色,鹹檸檬嘅味道淡淡深入小黃魚,係我今年食過最喜愛嘅菜式其中之一。XO花螺同陳皮牛肉都極之好味。只可以講「大班樓」是但求其一道簡單菜式都可以做到非常出色。雖然寫依個菜牌俾我非常求Q其,同鹹蒸花英變咗清蒸又冇預先講(最近食飯都有啲唔老黎😅),但水準依然令我心服。今日嘅酒亦當唔錯!
