To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又長又厚三文魚🍣

每次經過總見到一堆人係門外等候，今日決定試一試，原來等緊位既人好多未齊人，所以我拎完票好快就安排入座，店舖比較小，不過座位嘗算舒適。三文魚壽司2件（$22）呢個係必食之選，三文魚又長又厚，一啖係放唔曬入口的，非常抵食！生薑牛肉飯（$46）呢個勁推介，我本人唔鍾意食薑，但不抗拒薑味，呢到將薑切到好蓉，加落個飯到，薑味辣辣地又好香，唔驚食到一大塊既薑，呢個飯真係大愛！炸餃子併炸蠔（$38）餃子，炸蠔無咩特別，但勝在即叫即炸熱辣辣！抵讚！泡菜牛肉餃子鍋（$65）+$10烏冬呢個鍋都幾足料，牛肉都算多，如有讚歧烏冬就更好！咖哩豬排飯（$50）咖哩普普通通，不過好大碟，都幾抵食！要讚一讚每個店員既服務都好好，好有禮貌好細心，會提醒客人小心茶、鍋邊熱，又不停加茶，最後更會遞上牙籤，仲要唔收加一，講真收加一既都抵比！
