To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又開多一間譚仔

原來附近又開多左間譚仔，特登行遠啲黎試下。同一般譚仔裝飾無異，不過呢間有埋樓上舖，是日無開，唔知係點樣呢。叫番平時食開嘅野，再加左一杯凍檸蜜。例叫皮蛋，個汁香辣，皮蛋入口即化，好味。牛丸酸辣米線，第一次食譚仔嘅牛丸，無乜特別，但唔係一般凍肉舖貨，幾爽口不是死實那種。竹笙酸辣少米，叫左少米好似分別都不大，竹笙片數亦好似比另一分店多？？大概係隨手嘅。米線彈牙，酸辣湯底好濃，配料都比足份量。間間譚仔都坐得迫，呢間都唔例外，但至少啲阿姐無咁惡，落單清晰，呢間分店有下次。
