To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這家是我吃過九龍最好吃和質素保持最好的店，不論是湯頭還是配料，店舖整潔程度，從來不曾失望過。所以搬離觀塘區之後，也經常回來大年初三曾到康城店，點餐內容一樣但魚片頭卻不是往常吃的那種昨天滿心歡喜的到常吃的康寧店，溫度下降，想吃一碗熱騰騰的湯米線，如常點了三哥酸辣，友人如常點麻辣湯當米線上桌時。心中噢的一聲，為什麼魚片頭也跟從前不一樣呀呀呀呀，一問之下，所有店的供應商換了🥲🥲🥲可否還我好吃的魚片頭🥲🥲🥲🥲不過整體來講，康寧店還是我最愛的
