To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經klook 訂咗大館樂茶軒嘅package,$258兩個人,訂左2sets,真心伏到不得了主食限死你只可以食炒麵,個麵不單只冇味,仲係凍嘅,連茶記都不如。個蘋果雪耳湯都係冇味...點心梅菜小丸子又乾又硬,嘜味都冇。個牛肉卷食完都唔知自己食左咩,牛肉又乾又苦,面頭仲整咗一大pat 茄汁仲有每一碟點心都一個冷盤裝式,仔細望落去其實可以見到污漬,好似係翻用左好多次,疫情下仲係冇衛生意識,極噁心全餐飯除咗個甜品薑汁糕可接受外,全部完全不值這個價又難食,$500食到成肚火,千祈唔好中伏
