To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又靚又掂：金箔紅豆芒果糕

城景國際的餐飲水準遠超同地段／星級的酒店，一直是我心中的黑馬，今年收到的金箔紅豆芒果糕換領劵也同樣讓人有驚喜！很少來油麻地這區域，其實由地鐵站過去不過一分鐘，非常方便；重點是新出的金箔紅豆芒果糕除了賣相繽紛悅目，三個層次分別是金箔啫哩、芒果糕及十勝紅豆糕，加起來就集爽、香、微甜於一身，非常清新美味。昨晚超飽足團年飯搬出來，起初每個人都耍手擰頭，但結果一吃就是大半底糕，魅力可見一斑！個人認為比帝京的出品更出色，喜歡紅豆糕的要去試試～
