To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢日朋友又嚟搵我食午餐,因為最近迷上左意樂既拉麵所以最後又揀左食佢🤣原本諗住照返拉麵,但朋友叫我我試下叫其他嘢食,接納佢既意見就叫左日式燒汁溫泉蛋牛肉丼飯,再叫多個葡汁芝士焗雜菜。朋友就叫左個日式咖哩唐揚炸雞丼飯,加左個半溶芝士配薯條,仲有個餐湯。個芝士焗雜菜幾好食,係我鍾意既葡汁!而個薯條點埋芝士就偏鹹,不過朋友就話幾岩佢食。而兩個飯都ok好食,炸雞飯既量都幾多,加埋都6-7嚿中等size既炸雞粒,飯都幾多。因為食果陣仲好熱所以係外脆內軟都幾正,不過咖哩汁略嫌唔夠。而個溫泉多牛肉丼就同普通牛肉飯差不多,波子有好大驚喜,不過加左溫泉蛋感覺易入口左,所以最後都成功食晒!
