To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得老細不在，可以慢慢食就去遠些食好些三個人，叫了以下這些菜:紫薯荔枝珍珠球 ($36)紫薯中間的餡料配以荔枝相當香軟，荔枝味及紫薯味都相當香濃。鮮茄桃膠煨腐竹 ($98)桃膠有平民燕窩之稱，當然要一試，食落幼滑，帶清新感覺。香煎巴東牛肉包($42)巴東醬味道濃郁又獨特香氣，配以質感均勻上等牛肉好好味。蔥蒜炒飯 ($108)相當大碟，而且飯粒軟硬適中，蔥蒜配以熱騰騰的飯，口感不錯。下次有機會再來嘆下先。
