我朋友話不如去佐敦打粥底邊爐, 一聽名字"鍋心", 一 search 之下, 原來係大圍個間, 原來佢係佐敦開左分店, 即刻答應去試下! 分三段時間, 頭段係 6:00-8:30, 我地為免楝中段要等, 所以我地棟左頭段食, 個日一放工, 就即刻奔跑搭地鐵過佐敦....黎到剛剛好六點正, 我地發覺, 其實好多人都未開始打, 只係搵個個代表黎攞左抬先..., 但係眼所見都full 晒! 哩度叫法係, 一定係粥底, 包括當日新鮮的七款海鮮 (視乎老細個日見到咩新鮮就買咩), 仲可以自選五款配料, 所有分量係根據人頭俾既, 唔使驚唔夠食, 因為好足夠! 最後會加芋頭, 南瓜, 粟米, 煲粥食! 完成...一坐底就放底盤沙律..啲菜都好新鮮, 話要係 FB 打咭先送, 但係我地冇打咭都已經放底左 (不過送完即止!)之後會上一鍋粥水俾你一陣打邊爐..好清! 食到咁上下, 員工會幫我地加入芋頭, 南瓜, 粟米, 仲叫我地唔好食左佢...可能係要用黎增加個粥味..(係之後我地食左少少芋頭, 好味呀! 如果唔係叫我地唔好食, 我唸我會食晒囉)

因為之後個鍋底要用黎煮粥, 所以我地冇楝牛肉, 楝左黑毛豬梅頭肉, 冇楝豬腩肉, 驚會肥膏多!

咁既分量都係每人$198, 仲要唔使加一, 真係食到棒住個肚走!

Other Info. : 幫襯當日因為落雨, 去廁所的位置係係後門天井位, 個洗手位係露天, 佢只係搵一張帆布擋住個頂, 但係側面仍然會有雨水流下來, 比較唔係好方便同衛生
