又想食燒肉,但係又唔想食得太過份,唯有食得簡而精。一諗起要食啲靚嘅燒牛肉,就諗起要去和牛燒肉純。今晚我哋去嘅牛燒肉純分店喺銅鑼灣分店,比尖沙咀分店好的是位處購物熱點心臟地帶,但地方比起尖沙咀分店細。由於地方少,食客通常都係已訂枱客人,無訂位的話可能要摸門釘了。Quota有限,唯有重質不重量,主打食靚肉。所以我地叫左日本產上肩眼,牛肩肉,豚腩肉,牛胸外腹。上肩眼$320,脂肪比例高,略燒之後滿口牛油香,入口滑溜!牛肩眼$225,相比起上肩眼無咁多油花,價錢平啲不過都好香牛味,值得一試。豚腩肉$98 ,由於薄切嘅關係,燒左一陣之後,收左不少油份,一啲都唔覺得油膩,性價比高。牛胸外腹$98,少肥但好juicy,質素唔錯,仲好抵食。食燒肉,梗係飲返杯日本生啤$58 chill 下!
