To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本來去上水客家好棧, 但圍左板......冇得食所以黎左呢度由於要加一茶芥, 平日冇咩人唔駛等位6pm到, 三個人叫左:$1雞 x2唔算肥但幾滑, d皮好薄, 佢係貴妃雞, 咸咸地既, 又大隻, 三個人其實叫隻半都夠食~什菜煲有冬菇,金菇,雞脾菇, 娃娃菜, 白菜仔,西lan花, 魷魚, dd花膠, 個湯味精重左d...麻麻地, 不過多款lo紅魚d肉比較實, 剛剛熟, 12兩重, 加埋姜蔥, 蒸魚si油正用dbs埋單有紅豆桂花糕送, 紅豆大大粒, 有桂花清香~ 正價要$10架
