Restaurant: The Wall Street Bar & Lounge

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期五 weekend 夜晚上掉低阿仔同老婆出去搵食,今次喺尖沙咀搵到好嘢!呢間 Bar 環境畀一般尖沙咀場舒服,最意想不到係佢哋嘅食物好食得來又有睇頭!cocktail都同出面嘅酒吧很不一般!先看環境及餐牌已經感覺他們很有心思,裝修帶有一點古典,但又披上一份 modern!餐廳裏的音樂不會太嘈,無論吃飯和飲野紛圍不錯!相對較早到餐廳,所以先點上cocktail,happy hour 時段的cocktail相對抵飲,先原來收我 $64 一杯,早知再早啲上嚟飲到幾杯先啦!由於老闆極力推介我哋點佢哋嘅cocktail,以我本身對cocktail不太認識,所以一開始叫咗平時叫開嘅 old fashion,估唔到都好堅下,佢哋嘅cocktail好有料到,酒味濃鬱,絕無偷工減料!而另一杯cocktail 有店長介紹你上menu嘅產品,叫 “California Hotel”,呢杯雞尾酒有好泥味既whisky,再帶點 smoky,連我小飲酒嘅老婆都對佢嘅煙燻味賺不絕口!而且上面有燒肉腸,一邊飲一邊食,非常得意!今日全餐我哋都叫cocktail,因為佢哋嘅cocktail真係好出色,平時出去吧我都係

今日全餐我哋都叫cocktail,因為佢哋嘅cocktail真係好出色,平時出去吧我都係只叫紅酒白酒,但今日真係好例外地叫多幾杯,你的一杯都係店長推介,如果冇記錯好似叫 “Call me by your name”,店員攞過來時感覺平平無奇的,當介紹這杯飲品是突然開上電筒在下面照上,呢杯cocktail馬上變咗好似星空嘅感覺,佢哋家常食用閃粉所以照起上來閃令令,好有情調!而且唔係得個睇字,杯嘢飲超啱女仔,老婆話一啲都唔濃,但味道非常之香,有飲出佛手柑,紫蘇味!

當飲飲下cocktails已經有少少肚餓,店長推介我哋叫個法式龍蝦湯來share,因為都幾大碗,外觀同一般嘅龍蝦湯樣差不多,但一入口,完全改觀龍蝦湯嘅想法!入面有好多蝦肉同蟹肉絲,每一啖每一口都有湯同有肉口感好好!而且龍蝦湯好有蝦味,而唔係一般出面只有死鹹嘅味道!

邊飲酒當然要配小食,所以我哋唔係主力食main course,反而叫咗三碟小食先填一填肚
- 檸檬牛油汁香煎帶子
先講一講個帶子,帶子煎到恰到好處,內皮煎香,內裏煙韌,帶子味道十分濃,配上檸檬牛油汁,不會有一點油膩!
- 伊比利亞風乾火腿配水牛芝士
風乾火腿一點都會不太咸,去上水牛芝士完全絕配,吃完會上癮再想食多兩件!
- 蘑菇鳳尾蝦
大大的鳳尾蝦在蘑菇上已經夠有睇頭,鳳尾蝦非常爽口,第一次嘗試在蘑菇上配上鳳尾蝦原來口感及味道很不一樣!

最後點上慢煮燒雞,來填飽最後的空隙!呢一道菜亦都係店長極力推介,慢煮春雞在鐵板上配上 rosemary,店員將鐵板燒雞呈上是已在座位聞到遠處的rosemary,再來幹邑鐵板上點上火,簡直係視覺享受!慢煮燒雞,雞肉滑嫩,由於慢煮,雞肉的味道所在肉內,這也很不錯!

最後happy ending選擇了鐵板chocolate brownie! 朱古力汁在熱辣辣的鐵板上滾上,冰火交融,雪糕凍冰冰,brownie熱辣辣,一凍一熱口感回味!

臨離開店時,發現咗呢個餐廳原來有個密室,裏面有唱歌設備,空間都幾大,好彩有人介紹,下次同客來開會後可以喺度飲嘢兼唱k!

最後想講,店長仲好慷慨地請我哋飲一杯自家cocktail,睇來下次都會上來飲返杯!有咁嘅服務質素,好難唔會有回頭客嘅!
