To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

對上一次喺沙田食雲貴香嘅米線，但嗰次體驗麻麻。叫左豬扒炸得太耐好鞋，蘿蔔唔入味，豬紅完全冇味，難得我同事極力推薦感覺有啲失望。今次同朋友去觀塘食晚飯，佢話想食紅薯粉，就嚟咗呢間，點知又ok wor，可能真係分店問題😅值得一提係佢哋啲小食幾好食，我哋叫咗鴨腎同埋豬頸肉。鴨腎辣辣地唔鞋口，不知不覺已經掃左半碟。豬勁肉份量好多，加埋個醬真係一流。朋友有叫炸豬扒，炸得金黃香脆，時間啱啱好，又唔會好韌，睇嚟呢個師傅係勁過沙田嗰間，為雲桂香平反咗
