To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已經係第三次去食叉燒，我自己鍾意食有燶邊嘅半肥叉，呢幾年成日食叉燒都係失望而回，有時叫半肥叉會俾好肥/好瘦，市面已經好少燶邊，同埋好多時舊肉入面係白雪雪的…-有一次誤打誤撞見到永合隆，門面幾old school,有好多外剛內柔嘅叔叔，仲有遊客喺入面食緊，就入去試下，竟然食得返兒時叉燒味～-永合隆嘅叉燒暫時係我唯一嘅選擇，一想食叉燒就會食佢，-佢係仲用緊炭爐做燒味嘅燒爉店，可以食得返細個時嘅味道，每次食完都好滿足！多謝你地用心製作，尊重食材🙏🏻
