今日響銅鑼灣見到有間新開嘅餐廳係食燒味的,就入去試下。睇見menu知道燒鵝係呢度既招牌菜,所以就叫咗一個例牌燒鵝。另外在店員嘅介紹下知道叉燒都有分三款,分別係:第一款大少叉燒,用梅頭豬肉,有秘製洋蔥汁。第二款係肥燶叉燒,用五花腩肉。第三款係蜜汁叉燒,用瘦豬肉。而我最後揀咗蜜汁叉燒。 叉燒肥瘦分佈平均而且最重要係上面鋪滿陣陣蜜汁,肉質柔軟,食到停唔到口。而燒鵝就非常惹味,表面燒得好平均好香脆,鵝肉就好幼嫩,點埋特製嘅醬汁食一流。 另外兩碗老火例湯,飲得出燉咗好耐又好入味。下次去銅鑼灣想食燒味我都一定會再嚟甘饕。
