To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

味探今日中午時段，與友人經過馬鞍山時，四處尋找可以吃，享受下午茶又可以談話的地方。抬頭一看，茶木吸引了我們的眼光。來到茶木，我選擇冰淇淋草莓心太軟，味探身為一個男人，見到這一盤食物，胃口大開，只可惜覺得這盤美食太小，根本填不飽肚子。但是，我小看了。首先雪糕外圍繞著cream, 我使用小挖鏟挖起雪糕，並不太硬，口感順滑。然後是朱古力味的心太軟蛋糕，十分鬆化，一挖向蛋糕，裡面的滿滿的朱古力濃濃地流了出來，十分甜。而圍繞草莓是一粒粒的朱古力曲奇碎及藍莓。由於是甜品關係，曲奇帶苦能夠與甜品帶來一股中和。整體上，這冰淇淋草莓心太軟十分特別。還外配一杯飲品，有幾種選擇，包括紅茶，柚子茶，黑糖珍珠奶茶，而我選擇黑糖珍珠奶茶，味道好濃，適合愛飲濃茶的朋友，是一個不錯的選擇。

來到茶木，我選擇冰淇淋草莓心太軟，味探身為一個男人，
