To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從係港島區返工，好耐無過尖沙咀搵食啦～今次朋友帶咗我嚟厚福街H8搵食~ 位於9樓一間叫 Amitie Kitchen~ 原來係一間fusion西餐廳~ 我哋8點零上到嚟、差不多full house~ 😵好在仲有張2人枱俾我哋~打開餐牌～ 食物種類都幾多😁 2人餐又好吸引🙈仲有黑板上嘅特別推介～ 最後order 咗😜👇🏻法式香草牛油焗田螺嘩～ 個擺盤真係好靚呀～ 田螺夠大隻，入面滿滿香草牛油🧈，底下嘅手打薯蓉亦都好好味～脆炸軟殼蟹🦀·牛油果🥑漢堡配蕃薯🍠條打開包面，真係成隻軟殼蟹，無偷工減料㗎！～ 食落酥脆香口～ 番薯條又係食到停唔到口，沾埋佢啲特製醬汁更加正！紐西蘭肉眼扒（8安士）雖然較薄身，但都啱啱5成熟無overcooked ~ 肉質幾腍、肉味適中~另外想讚下上菜前附送嘅麵包🥯呀！有3種類咁多，全部都好好食！雖然繁忙、侍應亦非常有禮～呢度菜式種類咁多，😸下次可以約多一、兩個fd一齊食呢！一齊撐！
