反應兩極嘅拉麵閒日夜晚入去都要排5-10分鐘先可以去部機買飛,好似日本咁,買咗飛先可以排隊入座,舖頭唔大,買完企係一邊等好似chur 人快啲食完咁,又會阻住人岀入,但都好過企岀街無冷氣咁等。大概等左10分鐘左右,就輪到我哋入座了,叫咗一人一碗拉麵 + 和牛餃子,咁就400 蚊了。上菜嘅時候師傅會大喝一句再遞到你你手上,成件事好西式,而家都愈嚟愈興咁樣,有啲餐廳嘅綽頭就係咁,不過香港人比較內斂,唔係個個都能夠接受呢一個方法,好似我嗰日去我都有少少俾佢嚇親,佢見到我個樣都有啲驚所以有特登細聲啲。食物質素嘅話就真係幾兩極,好似我覺得個餃子同個拉麵都幾好食,朋友就覺得好一般,可能係我本身鍾意比較硬身嘅麵,同埋呢一隻味道嘅湯,我又覺得唔錯,如果無咁貴會想再食多幾次,但佢又啱嘅,有好多拉麵舖都做得好食,但收費無咁貴,尤其佢覺得個和牛餃子要係好普通但好貴,我認同個餃子係煎得麻麻,個look, 但個餡料我有幾鍾意食喎,但係真係有啲貴,事實係用食物質素去比嘅話,係overpriced 嘅。真心畀咁貴去食第二次嘅,應該都係想食碧咸食過嘅拉麵係點,同埋感受一下師傅嗰種熱情。
