To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同事牛一,本打算請她吃pizza, 不過她為月巴人銀包著想,執意吃飯堂午餐!那就選一間好一點的,最後選了這裡;自己在是日餐單選了海南雞飯,同事選了兩餸飯來當生日午餐。同事的排骨炆豆角和杞子蒸雞看樣子還算對辦,只是那白豆角吃時特有的吱吱聲一直不是我杯茶,所以不感興趣!!海南雞飯用上油飯,雖然顏色還是偏白,雞油香也不明顯,只覺得有淡淡的椰香,覺得像椰汁飯多於油飯,幸好飯粒仍算爽口,不會太肥膩的感覺,所以吃完也不會很膩;雞肉有一隻雞全翼和幾件雞胸肉,份量來說是足夠的了,雞肉沒甚味道是意料之內,反而雞皮煮得頗滑,吃了連皮的雞翼相當滿足!醬汁用上蔥油和酸汁,另一款美味黑豉油則欠奉,有點可惜!蔥油煮得香口蔥又夠熟,吃後不會有怪味,真好!!酸汁配合雞肉來吃相當醒胃, 兩款醬汁也很不俗!不過吃到最後時才發現原來最底有不少酸椰菜和甘筍,椰菜絲幼細爽脆,加上酸酸的味道真的消滯好吃,寶物沉歸底!是日靚湯為椰子甘筍雪耳煲雞,相信店方是以雞飯所棄用的雞頭雞頸來煲,看面層那層黃黃油份就相當精彩!!例湯煲得有火候,湯底已經有點膠膠的感覺,飲完也覺得很滋潤。凍檸檬茶也相當對辦,茶味頗濃也用上質素不俗的檸檬片,又凍又酸
