講到 #越南菜 🇻🇳,第一時間一定係諗到 #越南湯河 ,同埋特色脆口小食🫦。不過原來仲有分 #越北菜 同埋越南菜,由於越南受到法國🇫🇷統治嘅影響比較深,喺煮嘢食方面鍾意用多啲香料🪴,反而越北菜就保留左傳統嘅越式風格🛶,調味簡單,反而着重食材嘅原味😋。今次我哋嚟到一間係全港🇭🇰都有好多分店嘅越北菜,我哋去咗 #荃灣 嘅分店。我哋晚餐時段嚟到,嗌咗兩個清新配搭A+B+C,一個係🔴越北生牛肉湯粉+越式烤豬頸肉+薄荷青檸梳打($91),另一個係🔵順化湯檬+越式炸春卷2件+三色鹹檸七($99)。🐮越北生牛肉湯粉佢可以揀金邊粉、檬粉、或者河粉底🍜。上菜嘅時候,湯底熱辣辣🔥,好吸引😍!湯底清甜,而且仲有淡淡嘅牛油脂🧈,唔錯。牛肉嫩滑,配買芽菜同生洋蔥🧅等等嘅配料,啱啱好中和到油脂嘅濃郁,味道幾好😋。🍜順化湯檬湯底飲落有少少酸辣味🌶️,不過都係以清新嘅味道為主😋,幾開胃。配料有越式風味,牛丸同扎肉味道唔錯😆,配合埋湯底嘅味道,同埋煮得夠軟身嘅麵底🍜,令人忍唔住想係咁食!🐷越式烤豬頸肉豬頸肉嘅外層燒到少少脆🫦,配合埋入面軟腍又有油脂感,口感幾好🤤。啖啖咬落去豬嘅油脂感喺口裏面滲出嚟💥,好邪惡,好食😋!🐟越

🐟越式炸春卷
炸春卷同樣都夠晒熱🔥,外層炸得夠香脆,唔會腍咗,亦都唔會好油膩😆。炸春卷嘅餡幾豐富,一啖有曬唔同嘅味道🥗,再配合埋魚露嘅鮮香鹹味,味道幾正😋。
