Restaurant: The Edible Projects (T.E.P.)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跟朋友閒逛坪洲,意外地來到了TEP這家有格調嘅餐廳。🌿🌸先講咖啡,我通常對咖啡冇咩要求,但這裡嘅咖啡…哇!酸酸地但餘味甘,啖啖都是驚喜,簡直係口中嘅小確幸。🌟再嚟就係我個人最愛嘅Frittata with Mixed Green。你諗啊,薯仔同煎蛋嘅拍檔,又點會出錯呢?Frittata裡面嘅薯仔軟綿入味,仲有輕輕嘅菠菜清香,簡直係一個溫暖嘅擁抱。配上自家種植嘅沙律蔬菜,新鮮得嚟又清新,真係令人一試難忘。最後,我哋試咗Chocomisu。真心冇諗過素食版嘅tiramisu會咁美味,混合椰子奶嘅朱古力蛋糕體同那層coconut pudding,口感細緻得嚟味道豐富,每一啖都令人回味無窮。總括來講,TEP係一個平民化但又不失格調嘅好地方。食物感覺得出廚師嘅用心,加上中西融合嘅獨特創意,絕對值得試多幾次。👍🏻
